Human Rights Protection is one of the foremost pillars of our Corporate Social Responsibility. We are dedicated to protecting human rights and are committed to equal opportunity and fair labour practices. We make sure that no activity directly or indirectly involves human rights violations or forced labour - in line with ILO Convention No. 29.

We understand the complexity of the matter in terms of ethical or discriminatory issues that arise at various levels of activity, but we never compromise our principles and address any concerns with the utmost seriousness.

We also work towards the total abolishment of child labour (in line with ILO Convention No. 182) and have set up irrefutable Code of Conduct that must be followed by everyone we are associated with, without fail, without exceptions. Regular inspections are done to guarantee this.
